MY NAME IS KHAN EARNED RS 45 CRORES BEFORE RELEASE

My name is khan,directed by karan johar is going to be released next january.The cost spent on the film is around 55 crores.
The distribution rights of the film has already been given to 20th century fox studios.Fox studios has paid rs 100 crores and owned the rights.
It means the film has earned (100-55)45 crores before its release.However the film may be,their will be no problem for its producer any more because he has already earned 45 crores(profit).
Earlier Gajhani's distribution right were sold for 90 crores,om shanti om for 70 crores,welcome for 45 crores.
